Well-Being Week
The children have taken part in a range of activities linked to mental health and well-being. Each day they have practised breathing and calming techniques and read stories related to well-being.
The children started the day listening to relaxing music and colouring these beautiful pictures.

We had a circle-time about empathy and the children all thought of what they might say to someone who was feeling sad/ upset and then created this beautiful empathy umbrella.
The children all enjoyed having some fresh air and noticing the beauty around them on our muddy wellie-walk.
