The Year Ones had a very inspiring visit to Hauser and Wirth where they explored the work of the artist Phyldia Barlow. They created their own collaborative sculptures using different techniques and even made their own sculpture gardens.
The children have created some wonderful clay fossils - inspired by our trip to Lyme Regis. They started off sketching fossils using charcoal and then went on to make fossils using clay.
