Visitors / trips
We had some VERY special visitors on our last day of term. As per Bruton Primary School tradition, our equine friends came to visit. We sang Little Donkey and patted the animals. Miss Garton was especially excited!
Musical chairs, musical statues, pass the parcel & yummy party food - what great fun at our class Christmas party!
Petra from Divergent Drama took us back in time to 1666 when The Great Fire of London happened in Pudding Lane! We had great fun dressing up and recreating scenes from the story.
Today Firefighter Lee came to visit us. He told us all about smoke alarms and taught us how to "Stop, drop and roll". He showed us his firefighting uniform and "Mike 4" his support vehicle.
We were very fortunate to have Rocksteady Music School come and visit us for a whole school assembly and then a KS1 workshop. Some children were chosen to play the selection of electric instruments and together we formed a band and played "We Will Rock You!"
