This term's Quest topic is all about the seaside. We will be learning about the physical and human geographical features of the coast as well as comparing a Victorian seaside holiday to one today.
We will be looking at the famous paleontologist Mary Anning, what she did and why she was so important.
We will be going on a whole KS1 trip to Lyme Regis and then creating aerial maps using a key.
We will also be having a whole school History Week. Our focus era in KS1 is the Georgians and Edwardians. More information on our topics and events can be found on the parent overviews.
Weekly activities:
Monday - wear PE kits
Tuesday - bring swimming kits
