Ahead of this week's Forest School lesson, I went ahead and hid lots of fossil images all around the area. The children went on a hunt to find these images, then compared them to a fossil identification sheet. We then had some free play afterwards.
On a very rainy Forest School day, we collected mud and brought it into the classroom to mix with powder paint. It was messy but so much fun! We used this mud paint to paint seashells.
