First Week
What a lovely first week, getting to know the children in Dove Class. Lots of new routines and a few new faces. We hope you enjoy looking at some of the photos of what the class has been up to...
These are this week's table managers. Their job is to keep their group's table tidy and to help hand out resources. They have done a wonderful job so far!
The children have loved doing 'dough disco' to increase their fine motor skills and muscle strength - which helps with their writing. We also used out new playdough for phonics.
We have had a whole school focus on portraits this week. KS1 have been looking at Paul Klee. The children did an amazing job of recreating a portrait - using oil pastels and watercolours in the style of Paul Klee.
Swimming was a real highlight of the week and much needed in this scorching heat.
