We have been learning about the artist Hundertwasser - who was influenced by colour, nature, and dreams. The children explored the theme of spirals and colour using oil pastels and watercolour paints and created some wonderful work.
After we saw the Hundertswasser stacking boxes the children wanted to create their own 'eye' themed pictures using pastels.
Here are our wonderful, completed Hundertswasser houses that we have created in response to seeing the stacking boxes. We put them together to make a Hudertwasser town.
