We have been looking at edges and vertices in shape, so we made some 2D shapes out of dienes to represent these different parts.
We have lots of new vocabulary words to learn for our Quest topic. Each child had a word to learn and decorate on a hot air balloon, then we discussed the meanings of all the words.
Our current maths unit is all about shape. We went on a shape hunt around the classroom to see how many 2D and 3D shapes we could find!
