Marcus Kirby (who is a map maker) came to visit the children this afternoon and showed them lots of different maps and how we can use maps in different ways. They learnt about how maps are created and displayed in different ways.
Today we had the exciting opportunity to view a piece of art created by Hundertswasser -who we have been studying in art. This piece of work was a series of interlocking boxes - some of them had eye holes cut out from them.
We had a lovely, sunny walk for National Wellbeing Day - the children all showed great determination at tackling the mud !
