Earth Science Centre
Our class had an incredibly interesting visit to the Earth Science Centre in Stoke St Michael. We went on a mini bus to see how the quarry worked which was so exciting -especially seeing the dumper do wheelies for us ! Back at the centre, the children took part in several workshops where they investigated rocks, labelled the parts of a volcano and made a 3D volcano which actually erupted with bubbles !
