We each created our own fraction wall to help us identify equivalent fractions. We then worked with a partner to see which pair could find the most equal fractions within the lesson.
We used multilink to make shapes that had an area of a specific number given by the teacher.
We had to move around the room to find all the shapes and measure the perimeter of each one. We also had to identify what 2D shape it is we are measuring and whether it is a 'regular' or 'irregular' shape.
