We have made it to the last week of this academic year and it is a perfect time to reflect on our time together. I don't think any of us could have envisaged the year ending as it has done, without us seeing each other for nearly 4 months now. We were able to experience some exciting learning opportunities from September until March including the Quarry visit, pretending to be hunter and gatherers, visiting Stonehenge, cave painting under the tables, treasure hunts with magnets, experimenting with friction, visiting Bruton Museum, class assembly, welly walks with outdoor learning, Ukulele for Year 4 just to name a few. What have you enjoyed the most about being in Eagle class?
We are all so proud of how you have been working at home and coping with the huge changes we are experiencing. We wish those of you leaving Eagle class all the best with your new teachers and look forward to seeing you around school as well as looking forward to welcoming some of you back in to Eagle class in September.
Enjoy the summer holidays and make sure you keep yourselves safe,
Mrs Newbury and Miss Giles
